Base: ~1 lb chicken breast, cubed

Seasonings:

Add 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

Heat and stir until cheese melts and sauce lightly simmers.

🧀 Assembling the “French Fry Lasagna”

Spread a layer of French fries in a baking dish.

Add all the cooked chicken.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.

Pour the white sauce evenly over everything.

Top generously with shredded mozzarella.

🔥 Baking

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake for ~20 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

🍴 Serving

The result: a crispy, creamy, cheesy, and savory layered bake, with fries replacing pasta sheets.
