DRAW! Brett Bean breaks down the art of drawing. A complete drawing book from 3DTotal Publishing, this book has information on everything you need to get started drawing, including human anatomy / features, lighting and shading, colour theory, perspective, tools & equipment, shapes, negative space and much more! - definitely packed with information. I would describe Brett's style as exagerated and cartoony, but he still shows a great understanding in teaching art fundamentals.
Whilst I think any level of artist can pick up plenty of tips, and be inspired by this book, I think it will be especially useful if you are a beginner when it comes to drawing, this book teaches you everything you need to know to get started, and makes it a lot more interesting and fun then a lot of other art books. To me what stands out in this book is Bretts emphasis on being creative and having fun whilst you learn how to draw. What do you guys think to this one?
