一起来做传统“椰渣饼”,你们有吃过吗?做法直接材料简单,口感超级酥脆爽口。采用了新鲜椰丝和面包糠炒至黄金,搅拌压成饼胚。新鲜出炉,满屋椰香味。放凉后,椰渣饼由于里面有椰丝和面包糠,变成无比酥脆,而且带有焦糖香,像极了焦糖爆米花口味,口感却更加酥脆爽口,吃了停不下来,连我不爱椰子的丈夫也很喜欢这椰渣饼。满满传统回忆,适合当年饼。

收藏方式:烤好彻底凉透,室温立刻收密封容器。要新鲜7天内吃。

Let’s make traditional “Crispy Coconut Cookies”. Have you ever tried it? The method is straightforward with simple ingredients, super crispy and delicious texture. Freshly grated coconut and bread crumbs are used, stir-fried until golden, mix and press into cookie shape. Freshly baked, whole house is filled with coconut aroma. After cooled, due to stir fried grated coconut and bread crumbs within, cookies become extremely crispy, with caramel flavor, very similar caramel popcorn taste, but the texture is crisper and even delicious. You can't stop eating it, even my husband who doesn’t like coconut likes this crispy coconut cookies so much. Full of traditional nostalgic taste, suitable as CNY Cookies.

Storage Method: After baking, let it cool thoroughly and immediately store in airtight container at room temperature. Freshest taste, eat within 7 days.

80g Bread Crumbs (White) 面包糠 (白色)
160g Freshly Grated Coconut 新鲜椰丝
25g Water 水
60g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
1g Salt 盐
45g Unsalted Butter (Melted) 无盐牛油(融化)
(Preheated Oven 160C: 20-25minutes) (Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)
(预热烤箱160C: 20-25分钟) (上下火,不开旋风,中层烤)
