Velos unmanned helicopter just completed an endurance test with great success. 1000 flawless operation hours with loads same as in actual flight. During the test, the helicopter's maintenance manual was followed by taking care of the minimal maintenance required like lubrication and cleaning tasks.
This is a proof of not only the reliability of the Velos platform but also of the extremely low operational cost.
The test was performed by Allan Burtness, a highly professional helicopter engineer both in full scale and unmanned helicopters who proved once again the level of reliability and robustness of the Velos UAV.
