Super Star Wars Holiday Special is a SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis homebrew game that functions as an unofficial installment of the cult-classic Super Star Wars series, originally released for the Super Nintendo. This game is loosely based on the outrageous The Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978.

Story

Han Solo and Chewbacca are racing to the planet Kashyyyk to celebrate Life Day with their family and friends. Unfortunately, Imperial forces intercept the Millennium Falcon and capture them on the detention block. Leia and C-3PO receive a distress message from them and contact Luke Skywalker.

You play as Luke Skywalker, and your mission is to rescue Han and Chewie from the evil Imperial forces so they can finally celebrate Life Day.
