Today on Jon's Moto Garage I check out a 2008 Victory Vegas 8 Ball 100 Cubic Inch. This bike comes blacked out from the factory and the sale also included a handful of extras. Going through all the bonus stuff reminded me of an episode of storage wars! Today we'll go a bit more in depth with the used motorcycle inspection process. While impromptu, I hope it still proves useful for some of you who are considering buying a used motorcyle (private party sale).
