Day 248 "Let Your Women Keep Silent?" - Bible in a Year - September 5

Описание к видео Day 248 "Let Your Women Keep Silent?" - Bible in a Year - September 5

Today ... what about Paul’s command in 1 Corinthians 14, “Let your women keep silent in the churches … they are to be submissive …” That's not a popular idea today! So, is God unfair? Does He favor men?

Also, as we start the book of Isaiah, we will begin looking at God’s warnings to the nation of Israel. He was fed up with their hypocritical religion and warned them of coming judgment. But He also provided a glimpse of the mercy and grace that would follow.

If you recognize your sinful condition and want God's help and forgiveness, you might pray something like this:

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that I can do nothing to save myself. I believe that you came and lived a sinless life, yet you willingly died on the cross as payment for my sins. I also believe that you rose again and are now seated at the right hand of the Father. Lord Jesus, please grant me godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Forgive me, fill me with your Spirit, and help me to live a life that is pleasing to you. I ask this in Your name. Amen.

Next steps:
1. Find a good bible teaching church and start attending.
2. Start reading the Bible regularly.
3. Talk to God in prayer.
