✨ Welcome to your 50 Min Grounding Yoga Flow. This All Levels Practice is here to help you feel centered and strong through a well-rounded sequence that uses all corners of your mat. Find freedom in your body and mind through poses that stretch, twist, balance and open your body. Highlights of this practice include a longer warm up to open your body, followed by a long standing sequence that includes Wide Legged Fold, Skandasana, Triangle Pose and plenty of feel-good twists.
💘 This class is meant to be suitable for all levels. There are a few challenging options and transitions that you can always skip or modify! All are welcome! I encourage you to approach this practice with a playful, open mind. Do what you can, have fun and listen to your body to honor what feels good, empowering and grounding! See you on the mat :)
