QGIS is an open-source Geographic Information System (GIS) software, and is a powerful and popular alternative to paid GIS software. In this webinar, we will discuss how QGIS can be used in water resources management, the global QGIS community, and free educational materials. Related open-source technolgies will also be presented, including dynamic rainfall mapping and database applications.
