Green bean stew mushrooms and cashew
Half a package of frozen green beans (about 400 grams and a little more)
2 Champignon Mushroom Baskets
Half a cup of roasted cashew nuts
1 large onion
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
A quarter teaspoon of salt
Instructions
Put half a pack of frozen green beans into a glass bowl and cover with boiling water and set aside. Slice large onions into half rings and set aside. In a large saucepan over medium flame, heat 2 tablespoons oil for about 2 minutes. When the oil starts to warm and steam, add the halves of the onion rings and fry until the onions become translucent. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsp Chinese-style soy sauce, a quarter teaspoon of salt, stir and cook for 10 minutes, stirring the vegetables occasionally. After 10 minutes. Add half a cup of cashews and bounce twice and turn off flame.
