Texas is rarely thought of as being like the Southwest but we're here to tell you that isn't true! Some of the best-looking & most unique ghost towns lie in the desert of west Texas begging to be explored. Join us as we do just that today!

Tombstone, Bisbee, Bodie... they all conjure up different images of ghost towns of the American Southwest. But in the Chihuahua desert of west Texas, lie numerous ghost towns that just hit differently.

Adobe structures and influences from Mexico dot the landscape in border towns such as Terlingua, Lajitas, and Shafter.

Life of a trading post lies in the well-preserved Fort Leaton, part of Big Bend Ranch State Park.

You can't find these things in Arizona and they are magical!
