Win Gatchalian tells Harry Roque to 'respect' Risa Hontiveros

In a tense moment during a Senate panel's probe into POGOs, Senator Sherwin Gatchalian chides lawyer Harry Roque after getting into an argument with Senator Risa Hontiveros, who heads the panel. Gatchalian tells Roque to "respect" Hontiveros, or else be "cited in contempt". Hontiveros was interrogating Roque, a member of the Duterte Cabinet, over the appearance of his name in the organizational chart of a POGO, which he said he had no knowledge of.
