If you are running an online store with Hostinger Website Builder, setting up shipping options is an important step to make sure your customers get accurate delivery rates. In this guide, I’ll walk you through the process step by step.

First, go to your store management area inside Hostinger Website Builder. From there, navigate to Store Settings and click on Shipping.

By default, you might see a preconfigured shipping option depending on your initial store setup. For example, you may see standard shipping already enabled for the United States.

To create a new shipping zone, click on Create Zone. Give your new zone a name—for example, "Canada". Then, select the country from the list, search for Canada, and save it.

Once the new shipping zone is added, you can create shipping options. By default, a free shipping option is already available. You can either edit it or delete it.

For example, let’s say you want to set up Free Shipping for Orders Over $50. Give your shipping option a name, set the rate to zero, and then add a condition. Choose "Order Price" as the condition type, and for the minimum order price, enter 50.01. Leaving the maximum price empty means the condition applies for any order above $50.

After saving, you will now have a free shipping option that automatically applies when a customer’s order total is over $50.
