Peggy Wood, star of TV's "Mama" and an Oscar nominee for her performance as the Mother Abbess in "The Sound of Music," discusses her long career in this rare TV interview from 1966. Wood began as a musical comedy star, in such shows as the original 1917 production of "Maytime," Jerome Kern's "The Cat and the Fiddle," and Noel Coward's "Bittersweet" and "Operette".
