In this chapter, Lilith finally has to take a much-delayed trip into Old Haven, after Patricia Tannis explains that the last piece of the Vault key is unobtainable without a special Claptrap held prisoner at that location. This brings our heroine into first contact with the Crimson Lance, the para-military employees of the Atlas Corporation, although by this time even they are no match for the nicely-leveled Siren. Having rescued the Claptrap and completed several additional assignments at Old Haven, Lilith then moves on to the Salt Flats, where she has to defeat Baron Flynt, another nasty merc boss who, as claimed by Tannis, holds the last piece of the Key. Unfortunately, having mopped up Baron Flynt for good, Lilith finds out that Patricia was only setting her up for a fall, as the last piece is not there at all while the Crimson Lance are moving in to take the new territory over from Baron Flynt's old guard...

41:55 - Lilith gets past a bandit enclave and reaches Thor Digtown, the seat of Baron Flynt.
47:00 - "Claptrap Rescue: The Salt Flats": yet another robot pleads for deliverance.
49:15 - "Scavenger: Machine Gun": Lilith assembles four parts for a machine gun.
52:40 - "The Final Piece": Lilith kills Baron Flynt... and gets a nasty surprise.
