1/4 cup of vinegar
1 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp of oyster sauce
3 tbsp of ketchup

basting sauce:
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
