Bruce and Sam corroborate on sound works that explore the natural resonance of space, sifting though background noise to isolate and amplify the harmonies found within.

To begin with, two 16-foot tuning tubes were attached to the guard rails on the north side of the Route 2 overpass next to MASSMoCA. The length of the tubes determines the precise pitch of the sound they capture, a result of the shifts the sound waves make as they travel the length of the tube. As traffic passes by, its noise resonates inside the tubes.
