This video is the continuation of the previous videos in which we showed how to plot the transfer and output characteristic curves. Now in this video, by using the DC load line plot intersection with the output characteristic curve we can find the quiescent point Idq and Vdsq of the NJFET. The Idsq is taken as low as possible so that the amplifier would work without clipping and with minimal heat dissipation and Vdsq is selected at midway or half way on the Vds scale of DC sweep.
