If your pressure washer max pressure is less than 120Bar(1700psi), please replace with a 1.1mm orifice nozzle. Your Foam cannon will make more thick foam after the replacement.
If your pressure washer max pressure is over 120Bar(1700psi), it is probably your water is too hard(the water contains too much minerals). Anyway, you can try replacing with a 1.1mm orifice nozzle. But if the machine works on and off after using 1.1mm orifice nozzle, please install back the original 1.25mm orifice nozzle.

Note: please try these two steps before replace the 1.1mm orifice nozzle, if the problem solved, you have no need to replace the 1.1mm orifice nozzle.

1. The filter at the end of suction tube is probably stuck, please take off the suction tube, clean up the filter, and ensure the there is no dirt left in the suction tube.
2. The inner bore of the bottle cap is stuck by dirt, please use a needle to clean the inner bore.
