At Allegion, we take pride in developing managers to be engagement focused, to leverage the strengths of their team, and empower them to create inclusive environments where everyone feels welcome and valued. Our Great Manager Award program showcases managers who do these things while living the Allegion values and make magic. We asked employees to nominate managers who provide hope, compassion, stability, and trust for Allegion employees… and they delivered.

We received 335 nominations for 187 individual managers, representing 14 countries.

Every single nomination is read in detail by a global review board to identify those that stood out from the rest. To create an equitable analysis of the nominations, we blind each submission, removing any identifying information, to eliminate bias. The winners are selected based upon the evaluation of behaviors demonstrated in the nomination. Of the 335 nominations, 9 were selected as the best of the best!
