So, I'm going to talk about just one that's actually realistic. Often, we talk about how we have to record value or customer satisfaction. That's quite difficult because it takes a long time to come back and because you're delivering iteratively, you never know which which thing it is that gave you that value or the customer satisfaction.

If you do look at the Agile Manifesto; the top principle, says it is the highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software through early and continuous delivery of valuable software, So, quick delivery of valuable software, and if you measure cycle time, how long does it take you from idea to get into production?

That would be the measure that I would suggest is the best single metric of your Agility.
