To facilitate the workers to earn livelihood who are repatriated in Bangladesh due to outbreak of Novel Corona Virus Pandemic.

NRBC BANK PROBASHI LOAN

Customer segmentation : Migrants who are repatriated to Bangladesh due to outbreak of Novel Corona pandemic.

Purpose : To meet up the cost of establishment of business.
Procurement of fixed assets like machinery/ equipment.

Construction of factory/ shed for operation of business.

To procure cattle / other required items for establishment.

Amount : Up-to Tk.5.00 lac for individuals.
Tk 25,000.00-Tk 500,000.00 per members of each group/ samity.

Debt: equity ratio: 70:30. The ratio may be relaxed based on the bank-customer
relationship at the discretionary of the Head Office Management.

Type of Loan : Short Term Laon [EMI based fixed Term Loan]

Tenor of Loan : 06-24 Months.

Pricing : 9.00% p.a at quarterly rest subject to the change from time to time.

Processing fee 0.5%

Others: As per schedule of charges of the Bank.

Disbursement : Loan to be disbursed to the customer A/C and will be available to the customer in
phases based on customer’s requirement.

Loan to be transferred in the customer’s A/C.

Through issuance of payment orders to the beneficiary.

Adjustment : Through EMI after end of grace period. The customer will deposit each installment in equal weekly phase in their collection account maintained with the Branch. The entire amount of installment will be transferred in the loan a/c on the due date of EMI.

Security: : Hypothecation of the fixed assets, if applicable.

Usual Charge documents.Personal Guarantee for each Member / Spouse of the individual.

Fully prepared post-dated cheques.

5% deposit for partial security.

Others specified in the sanction advice based on fixed assets.

Other covenant : Program Guideline for Micro Credit Finance shall be followed for sanction,
disbursement and recovery of this product.
