Today, we're gonna make a VEGAN BIG MAC! This is super easy, and comes together in a flash! If you're vegan and miss the BIG MAC, or if you're looking for a plant-based option, this recipe is for you!

You can use any plant-based meat and cheese you like!

Also, if you want to make this more authentic, use smaller buns than I did and 2 oz patties instead of 4 oz. You can even use 3 oz patties either way, I bet that would work too!
