Hair holds energies & memory: the emotional, spiritual significance of Cutting Hair

I recently experienced a haircutting ritual that helped me realized the energetic, emotional and spiritual significance of hair. Implementing such a ritual can be a great physical anchor to guide your mental upgrades, or any life transition. Shedding the old in a spell can really lighten your body and mind :)

The service I experienced is called "Cocoa and Cuts" at Bless boutique in Stoke Newington, London, with hairstylist Liv. We enjoyed some cocoa, cards, and she cut my hair in a ritual setting. Afterwards I spread my old hair in a beautiful nature covered cemetery nearby.
