Several months ago, Laura Loomer, was falsely accused of "f'ing" President Trump behind the back of the now First Lady Melania Trump. This vile defamation was committed by Bill Maher and HBO at the height of the 2024 presidential elections, when both Maher and HBO were supporting Kamala Harris. Laura was cynically used as a vehicle to harm the campaign of President Trump, as well as part of what has become known as the Trump derangement syndrome.

When Laura asked for a retraction and that she be allowed to defend herself on an episode of Real Time, Maher and HBO arrogantly refused, causing me to bring suit on her behalf. Already, Laura and I have prevailed against Maher's and HBO's motion to dismiss, and the case is likely headed to a trial before a jury.

But this is costly and Laura has been severely hurt, so in this podcast, I am asking President Trump to intervene with Maher and urge that he and HBO settle with Laura. Ironically, the law firm representing Maher and HBO is the same one, Davis Wright Tremaine, that represented other Trump haters in the leftist fake news media; such as George Stephanopoulos and ABC and CBS, all of whom settled with President Trump for millions of dollars.

As the President Trump and Melania were defamed along with Laura, and as Maher now claims to have a good relationship with the president, it is time for the president to intervene and urge Maher and HBO to settle, to mitigate the damage Maher and HBO have done to my client.
