Mentors assist in identifying desired results, actions needed to achieve them, and specifying outcomes to simplify the process.

Understanding your mentee's values and internal barriers is essential for pinpointing personal accomplishments. The ACT Matrix is a valuable tool for this purpose. Once outcomes and behaviors are pinpointed, the journey can begin.
