Follow our quick and simple video guide on the use of Meglio Resistance Bands.

This video shows you how to use a Meglio Resistance Band to strengthen the external rotation of your shoulder. Aim to use a smooth and controlled motion when exercising the external rotation of the arm, until resistance is released on the band. We suggest that you complete 10-12 reps on each side.

With the second exercise, bring your elbow out from the side so that you have a greater degree of movement to help stability. Keep your elbow locked in place to perform a slow and clean external rotation.
