1 cup warm fresh milk
1 medium egg, room temperature
1/8 cup white sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
2 ¾ cups bread flour plus more for dusting
½ tsp salt
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
granulated white sugar or powdered sugar for coating
vegetable oil for frying
