#AMIGAugust

#AMIGAugust is a month-long chain raid event on Twitch to promote gaming on the Amiga platform. In short we use #AMIGAugust in the title and tags when we stream Amiga during August and raid out to other streamers who are doing the same thing. We aim to help people meet new people, to help viewers find streamers they like but don’t yet know of, and to spread the Amiga joy message! We did a similar event in April called #AMIGApril.


In addition to chaining raids we offer a little optional challenge competition to those interested. You can see the challenges in the table below. We tried to weigh the points for different challenges according to the difficulty but easy challenges might take longer to complete than some of the tougher ones. It’s all subjective and for fun anyway! For high score challenges you get 4 points for first place at the end of the month, 3 points for 2nd place, 2 points for 3rd and 1 point for 4th and 5th. If you are the only person to complete a non-hi-score challenge, you get an extra point for it!
