William Shatner on social media and modern technology at STLV2019

This is a question I asked at Star Trek Las Vegas convention 2019. I think the interaction in the beginning was rather funny but sadly I couldn't hear clearly what he's saying or otherwise I'd have it going longer. Also my turn is the last one so I had to rush my question out. Overall I think his answer on social media and modern technology was rather insightful.
