Through the decades we as an audience have seen cinema change with time. However, Bollywood doesn't seem to let go of its "enemies to lovers" & quintessential superhuman love stories. The depth of all the controversies Bollywood has been through is deep. The nepotism drama, NCB cases etc. With all the chaos and clutter of mainstream and commercial Bollywood films, some Major gems have lost their way to the audience. Films like ugly, no smoking, mirza, laali, udaan have faced this partiality tremendously. Also, Bollywood puts its efforts in the wrong place or should I say the wrong human? Actors like Rajkumar Rao, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Nawazudding Siddiqui, Neena Gupta, and Richa Chaddha have lost a considerable amount of limelight in their careers just because they were overshadowed by the marketing of other influential celebrities and their bloodlines. This is where the south and other regional film industry takes the cake. Debating on this topic is a matter of long conversations and we would love to continue. This is for today.
