Should Gluten Be Off Your Plate When Trying to Conceive?

Описание к видео Should Gluten Be Off Your Plate When Trying to Conceive?

We have all grown eating chapattis, pooris. Poori still remains one of my most favourite dishes and I’d die for it. Fortunately, I tolerate it. I have seen a lot of people not being able to tolerate gluten.

If you notice these signs and symptoms post a gluten rich food including breads, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, breakfast cereal, some sauces, beer, pastas, noodles

Loose stools / hard stools - two ends of the spectrum
Bloating
Fatigue
Rashes on the skin
Significant yet unexplained weight loss
Reduced appetite
Muscle and joint aches
Stomach pain
Headaches

These may seem so generalised, everybody could be having these symptoms. But if you go on an elimination diet for 4 weeks and slowly add the gluten back, you would realise that your symptoms resolve with elimination diet and reappear with addition.

Have you ever tried an elimination diet?
