6 tablespoons orange juice

2 teaspoons baking powder
Microwave for approximately 4-5 minutes.
Makes 1 small cake with 4 servings (divide the cake by four), each with approximately 79 calories, 8g of carbohydrates (0.5g of fiber), 4g of protein, and 3g of fat.
