Those are old stories we tell ourselves, time to let them go and let the love flow. Whilst walking on the beach last year, this song came through me and it was exactly what I needed to hear at the time, as I was working through my own processes. I was reminded of it today and thought I would share. Maybe it is exactly what you need to hear at this time.

It is good to reflect on what stories we are hanging onto, what books we carrying around with us that are weighing us down and no longer serving us. Time to let them go and make space for new stories to be written.
