Plain flour - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Corn starch for batter - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - to fry
Water - to boil the potatoes

Sauce:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 5 cloves
Dried red chillies - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Honey - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp mixed in 1 tbsp water
Water - 3/4 cup
Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Spring onions / coriander leaves
