Warrior Revival band features the dynamic trio and all-out impressive musical talent of Isaac Walch (lead guitar & vocals), Eldon Malwitz (rhythm guitar & vocals), and Jason Maas (bass & vocals) -- all residents of southeastern Minnesota (from small-town, farm country Plainview, Elgin, and Millville areas). The band puts on a show that engages audiences start-to-finish offering a bit of everything from popular covers to well-loved classics; classic and outlaw country; the early rock-and-roll days; along with a few, band originals to boot!

Through the 1970s-early 1980s, Eldon first played lead guitar and sang as a member of “The Warriors” band, originally founded by Bill Denny (who named the band in tribute to his Native American heritage). While music always remained a passion, raising a family and farming took over for several years after those early band days. Yet, just a few, short, decades later, Eldon introduced his oldest grandson, Isaac, to the guitar at nine-years old, and the music hasn’t stopped again since! Isaac took instantly to both guitar playing and singing and proved to be an extremely talented and natural musician, with a genuine passion for the music he plays. Isaac quickly took over as lead guitarist and plays with speed, skill, and style that easily compares to many of the all-time best! Jason also has a long history in the local music scene playing with several, area bands over the years, and he also exudes talent, style, and passion with each thump of his bass!

Warrior Revival performs a musical variety that appeals across the masses, again with primary emphasis on classic country music as well as early rock-n-roll, folk, and a bit of classic rock. Some of the band’s favorite artists include Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Hank Williams (Sr. & Jr.), John Fogerty/CCR, Eric Clapton, the Eagles, Buddy Holly, Elvis, and Chuck Berry--to name just a few. In addition to classic covers, the band has also recorded originals, including “Stop Wanting”, “You Take Pride” & “There’s No One Out There for Me”, all written by Isaac.

Warrior Revival is a fitting band name as former “Warrior” band member, Eldon, “revived” the music and band by passing down and imparting his musical knowledge, skill, and passion to another generation through his grandson Isaac. Together with the skill and talent of longtime, local bass player, Jason, in the mix, the trio puts on a show that will keep crowds wanting more! Warrior Revival delivers entertaining and inspiring performances reaching across all audiences.
