Welcome to Day 1 on board the Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas as we set sail out of PortMiami Cruise Terminal in Miami, Florida for a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas with port stops in Nassau and Coco Cay.

Day 1's big events are the Embarkation and the Sail Away party. I also explored the ship, did a tour of my room, and ended the evening with Ice Skating Show, Freeze Frame. Come along for the trip and hopefully it will give you an idea of what to expect if you have never been on a cruise before.
