INGREDIENTS

- 2 lb ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 scallion, minced

For the sauce:

- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp pickle relish

INSTRUCTIONS

- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, eggs, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, neutral oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Using hands, combine the mixture well until evenly mixed.

- Portion mixture into 8 even balls. Form each ball into a patty, roughly 4 inches in diameter. The patties can be formed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

- In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tbsp of high heat oil over medium heat (I use avocado oil). Working in batches, add 4 patties at a time to the hot oil. Cook until well browned on one side, 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until well browned on the opposite side, 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and finish cooking the remaining patties. Serve with favorite burger toppings.

For the sauce:

- Combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and pickle relish. Stir to combine and serve with the turkey burgers.
