Do you want to build muscular boxing strength without leaving your home? Then check out this 35 minute full body dumbbell boxing workout! Combining boxing combos and compound movement, this workout will target every muscle group. Helping you become stronger by building lean muscle mass. Select dumbbells that are faily heavy. As a reference, the weight I am using is 30lbs x 2 dumbbells. Make sure you do all exercise in a slow paced, controlled and full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.

I recommend you start with a Warm-up session:    • Warm-up prior to any workout!
