SH Scientific (LabAndFurnace.com) rotary tube furnace, a laboratory scale benchtop rotary kiln.

Consisting of feeding tank (feeder) at the upper side of the furnace, rotary tube furnace and receiving tank (collector) at the lower side of the furnace.

Heating jackets at both ends prevent tar condensation and hammer/vibration of the feeder makes viscous material flow without staying.

Flow powder type materials continuously by controlled speed and heat treat them uniformly under various atmospheric condition (oxidation and reduction)

The time of heat treatment (dwelling time) depends on the angle of inclination and the speed of tube rotation not to mention the flow properties of the batch material.

Tube diameter from 200mm up to 800mm can be supplied, which are industrial rotary tube furnace or industrial rotary kiln.

Our rotary tube furnaces go through rotation test, heating test and vacuum retention test before shipping. Especially vacuum retention test is carried out while the tube is rotating and inert gas is injected for oxygen-free atmosphere after pulling vacuum.
