This is a great video for anyone researching about small business marketing methods. Nigel discusses the videos that have sold nearly £1 million of product each.

He goes onto mention the quality and importance of scripting, filming and editing in the videos. The scripting in particular is what Nigel calls his "£10,000 an hour work". It's his key factor in term of selling.

Getting the video script correct is of real importance to Nigel. A typical sales script would take 30 hours to write and edit, another 30 in the video edit stage, but only an hour actually filming. It just goes to show how much work goes into a great performing sales video.

There's talk of all the different elements that go into the video editing stage, such as graphics, illustrations and other visual content.

We then discuss the notion of how long a video should be. Nige's advice is pretty clear here; people will watch something so long as it's interesting enough. The advice for business owners is simply "don't be boring".

A key tip for certain sales video is to create 2 versions: one that goes out to a warm audience (those that already know who you are); and another to a cold audience (those who find out about you for the first time). Nigel explains the reason why he does this with his videos.

Towards the end of the video, Nigel speaks of the unexpected mini-celeb effect of his video content, and that's a great thing to better position his businesses.
