Midas Safety is a proud member of the Net Zero Pakistan coalition!

Their Country Head, Raza Azar, tells us about the efforts taken by Midas to become a more climate responsible business: "We have formed a sustainability council, prepared a long-term strategy, set up stretch targets and now we plan to report transparently the progress against our plans."
Founded in 1979, Midas has grown to become a leading private label supplier of hand-protection to more than 50 countries in the world. They have factories located in multiple locations in Asia with investments in modern and efficient manufacturing plants, robotics and hybrid glove capabilities. They have installed a 1MW solar power system which they aim to increase by 4MW in the next year. They are also setting up a state-of-the-art water treatment plant.

Their CEO, Hussain Kassam, says the following about their sustainability mission: "At Midas Safety, we are committed to minimizing the impact of our business operations on the planet, from the energy we consume to the resources and materials we use in our manufacturing processes."
