The beginning prayer is the Fatima Prayer:
Oh my Deum Jesum Christum, please pardon my sins and save me from the fires of hell, please deliver all souls from purgatory especially those in most need. (This prayer was added by God Our Lady to the Fatima children to offset the incorrect usage of the "our father" in the Rosary which was added by infiltrators of the church).
