Josh Taylor provides a detailed walk-through of the Spinning Connect™ app, explaining the settings and screens available for zone training, intervals and performance tracking. He also explains the difference between the Classic and the Modern interface under Settings.

The Classic Interface has a simpler home screen, with key metrics: watts, calories, heart rate, cadence, time and intervals. Swipe left to see your color-coded training zones and %FTP.

The Modern Interface shows all of the above on one screen.
