I celebrate MOTHER'S DAY with my MIL for the FIRST TIME in INDIA | Cake | Biriyani and Chicken Chap

This is the first time I celebrate Mother's Day with my MIL in India and it couldn't have gone any better. I'm very lucky that I get along with my MIL and I just wanted to show her my appreciation. I make a delicious sugar-free chocolate cake for her and I help her make mutton biriyani and chicken chop for the first time.

Chocolate Cake INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda (not baking powder)
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup cool water
6 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice or distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Icing Recipe:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
6 T of butter
2 T of milk
1 t of vanilla extract
