Experience:

The staff were very friendly. You can get a locals pass if you have proof of address and your companion can go free if you have a disability.
It was a lovely place and we loved the tropical feel. We stuck to the guided accessible route but if you had a tramper you could probably do lots more.
It does get really busy so plan your visit accordingly. We had no idea there was a farm shop just literally a few paces away by foot from the car park.
There was something for everyone there and the little children's area was a lovely discovery.
Was great to be able to use their scooter and we found the the time slot worked perfectly for us.
