In today’s episode of the 305 Build: Road to the 2026 Hot Rod Power Tour, I tackled what should have been a simple job—removing the power steering pump pulley and bracket on my 1991 Camaro Z28.

It did not go as planned.

What started as a quick DIY turned into a full-blown battle. I ended up destroying my pulley puller, spent way more time than I expected, and had to fight a 34-year-old pulley that absolutely refused to come off.

But in the end… I won.
Pulley removed. Bracket removed. Another piece of the Camaro teardown complete.
