The Mk3 Driver takes inspiration from the Boss Blue Driver, a pedal Andy Timmons has long been associated with and a pedal Keeley has famously mod'ed for many years. The AT Mode gives you Andy's tweak and tuned BD-2 sound with a wide open gain structure and a low-end roll off on the tone stack. In the RK mode, you get a fuller frequency range on the tone stack and some Germanium diodes in the clipping section. And each voicing can be hot-swapped however you wish! Try the RK gain with the AT tone stack (my favorite) or the AT gain with the RK tone stack.
