Kite Beach Inn is a 26-room hotel on a 1,022 square meter site. The building area is 836 square meters. The hotel includes a two-bedroom owner’s unit overlooking the beach/ocean, a bar area and covered deck, kite school room (used for storage now), a reception office, small kitchen area for the deck bar, exterior common area kitchen, laundry area, and storage/utility room.

Most of the electric wiring and plumbing of the old building has been replaced in the past four years. Twelve studio units contain a kitchenette. An additional one-bedroom unit contains a full kitchen. The property also includes a diesel generator, swimming pool, common area restroom by the pool and outdoor shower area. In addition, the property includes a 2-bedroom owner’s unit that can also be rented. The owner’s unit overlooks Kite Beach and has a rooftop terrace.

The hotel has a total of 28 rooms, fully furnished. For securifty porpuses the hotel includes extinguishers and security systems.
