Also, if you have experienced sexual assault or any number of issues that has caused PTSD or C-PTSD, know that a comprehensive plan is necessary to address this issue.

Everything from diet, counseling, meditation, time in nature, and alternative techniques can help you begin to address PTSD. EMDR is a wonderful therapy that can release quite a bit of the shock that is carried from trauma. http://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/

I highly suggest finding a supportive group of people who can help ground you and help you reweave an energy structure that gives you safety. There are people who make up their own rituals for regaining power or rely on traditions. Whatever the case, it is important to focus on regaining your power and healing the energetic wound.

I am a fan of an assortment of energy healing techniques. Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation can be extremely helpful. Exercise and self-defense classes are helpful. Reiki and other energetic modalities can be helpful.
